Not the End of the World

I'm a big, big 1D fan and I wasn't happy at all that Zayn left either. I was whining and quoting Shakespeare, lol. It is disappointing and sad but other Directioners are going way overboard. They're almost acting like he died or something, like the world is falling into ruins.

I'm here to say: Chill people, it's not the end of the world! True, it won't be the same but the other four guys are still together and I also read a rumor this morning that he's planning on a solo career. Maybe it is what I thought; he's doing what Justin Timberlake did and becoming a solo singer. Breathe, think happy thoughts!

Zayn Malik Quitting One Direction! :(

The mysterious and sexy Zayn Malik has quit One Direction. 1D will now be a four-man group. :( I'm having bad Déjà vu. Did Justin Timberlake sort of do the same thing right before 'NSYNC broke up? Is this the end of another awesome boy band?

Zayn says: "My life with One Direction has been more than I could ever have imagined. But, after five years, I feel like it is now the right time for me to leave the band. I'd like to apologize to the fans if I've let anyone down, but I have to do what feels right in my heart. I am leaving because I want to be a normal 22-year-old who is able to relax and have some private time out of the spotlight. I know I have four friends for life in Louis, Liam, Harry and Niall. I know they will continue to be the best band in the world."

I'm sure that the four guys will do great for a while because they're so talented and entertaining but it won't be the same. I'll miss him but I do wish Zayn the best though.

WC on the Radio!

Jason Hynson, the executive director of Wonderland Camp was on an Ozarks radio station, talking about the coolness of Wonderland Camp and asking for donations. During the interview, he told a cute story about me. He sent the link to the MP3 of the radio show to me and I thought that it'll be cool to share it with y'all. Take a listen: http://www.wonderlandcamp.org/mp3/Wonderland_Camp_2015.03.06_Jason_Hynson.mp3

Btw, if you want to make a donation to camp, that would be awesome! :) Go to: http://www.wonderlandcamp.org/donate.asp

Feel Good Time

Every late night, I see a lot of commercials for food and new gadgets. I don't know how many times that I craved something greasy and fating at midnight (damn Arby's, lol) but some commercials touch my heart. I'll be waiting for Criminal Minds or Archie's Weird Mysteries to come back on when I get all teary-eyed with the biggest smile on my face. Sometimes, (this might sound incredibly cheesy, I know), I see the most up-lifting messages. Here's some examples.  :-)

Dear Frenemies (a poem)

Dear Frenemies,  I finally forgive you,  But you no longer have power over me.  I broke the strings, I unlocked the chains.  Unlike Wendy ...
