Just Believe

It's time for us to be brave, 
It's time to fight for our wildest dreams. 
Come on, let's raise your hands and exclaim: 
"Amen!" 
If something seems impossible to achieve, 
just believe!

Poet Notes: I heard this poem in a dream on Tuesday night. People were singing and this poem was the chorus. I can't remember the other lyrics though. The uplifting chorus has just stuck with me.
