Why does life throw a curve ball when I get too comfortable lately? My mom is getting surgery tomorrow on her left eye to repair a retina detachment. It's a common surgery and she had it done before on her right eye but I'm still nervous. The recovery time will also be 2 or 3 weeks, which won't be fun for her or me. I have to breathe though. Think happy thoughts and be brave for Mommio.
